About This Group

The Rotary Club of Bendigo Sandhurst has serving the community since 1988. Talk to us on how you can get involved, perhaps we can help you with your passion project. Each year our club supports many worthy local organizations, particularly whose assisting disadvantaged groups or building things that will be lasting benefit to the whole community. We are particularly interested in supporting local youth, improving the environment, community health investments and less advantaged groups and individuals.

We achieve that by our volunteers working together to deliver activities and events, raise funds, get things done. We run community markets, provide BBQs at events like SWAP meet, Groovin the Moo, the Easter Fair, Australia Day, Anzac Dawn Service, Federation Picnic, White Night and many more. To sum us up Community Service is “the heartbeat of Rotary”

But there’s more. We also support Rotary District, National and International Projects like End Polio Now, Drought, flood or bushfire affected communities, Fight Cancer, Camp Getaway, Violence Free Families and many others when we can. We also support the Rotary Foundation every year, acclaimed the Worlds best charity.

In all this we are determined to have fun and support each other while adhering to the Principles on which Rotary is founded.
