About This Group

Castlemaine Seed Library is a collection of volunteers who address food security, health and wellbeing by collecting, packaging and distributing vegetable and flower seeds, free of charge, for anyone to start growing their own food. We have a monthly working bee at the library, the first Thursday of each month at 11am that anyone is welcome to join, where we pack up seeds. Seed donations are gratefully accepted, just leave them at the front desk at the library.
