He is a sought-after soloist on stages around the world and a passionate supporter of contemporary composition. Xuefei Yang was the first-ever guitarist in China to enter a music school and is now labelled one of the top six guitarists of the last century. Known for her deft innovation, improvisatory spirit and ability to combine genres, she has expanded the vocabulary of the classical guitar.
