The Portland Winter Solstice Fun Run includes three scenic distances; 9 kilometres, 15 kilometres and 25 kilometres. The 9 kilometre course showcases the best of the inner Portland running, including the Fawthrop Lagoon and Foreshore. The Winter Solstice classic 15 kilometre course runs from Cape Nelson Lighthouse to town via Scenic and Cape Nelson Roads. The Lighthouse to Lighthouse 25 kilometre course has the same start and finish as the 15 kilometre and runs along the sweet trails of the Great South West Walk. Choose to run or walk the events and enjoy a carnival finish line with food, music, and a free one kilometre Kid's Dash.
