Winter Renewal Retreat

Winter Renewal Retreat

Starts: Sunday, 28 July 2024
Ends: Sunday, 28 July 2024
Luxuriate in nourishing practices to free your body, ease your mind and awaken your spirit. Each morning will begin with breathwork and meditation to centre and connect, followed by an energising vinyasa yoga practice and leading to an eventual journey into relaxation. The time between breakfast, lunch and dinner we will come together to explore mindfulness practices such as journalling, a cacao ceremony, walks in nature and most importantly - leisure time just for you. Each evening will be sealed with more restorative styles such as yin, yoga nidra and sound healing - all with an intention to downregulate and prepare you for a blissful night of rest.

New to Common Times? Here's our Quick Start Guide to help you.

Common Times acknowledges the traditional owners, first storytellers and custodians of the land we live on. We pay our respects to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their ongoing connection to land, sea, and community. Their sovereignty was never ceded.
