The Orange Winter Fire Festival will be bigger and brighter this year, thanks to the NSW Government’s Reconnecting Regional NSW – Community Events Program. This funding will go towards enhancing the existing Orange360 event into a 10-day program of free live performances and experiences at Robertson Park. This August, Robertson Park will be the Winter Fire Festival Hub, featuring; - A Spiegeltent (The Kazador) hosting a range of live performances from circus and magic to comedy and cabaret - Café de Rude; a café/bar for pre and post-performance food and drink, hosting live music - Circus Drop Zone, including ‘Have a Go Trapeze’ and live professional aerial shows - Lantern-making workshops - A closing festival even, featuring a lantern parade from the Southcourt to Robertson Park, fire shows, fire pits and marshmallow roasting, gluehwein and hearty winter cuisine.
