Zakir Hussain is much loved across the globe, a leading tabla virtuoso. Hussain made history at the recent 2024 Grammy Awards becoming the first Indian individual to win three of these Grammys in a single night. Hussain returns to Australia after more than a decade and will perform in Melbourne and Sydney alongside top Indian string players, Kala Ramnath (Hindustani Violin) and Jayanthi Kumaresh (Carnatic Veena).
