Dr. Mahinda Thero is a highly ordained monk from Jethavanarama Monastery in Sri Lanka. With a background as a research scientist at the Australian National University, he dedicates his life to guiding individuals towards inner peace, addressing issues like stress, anxiety, and addiction through his teachings across Australia and New Zealand. Ven. Bakkula Thero transitioned from a successful career as a computer engineer and semi-professional cricketer in the UK to embrace a life of purpose at Jethavanarama Monastery. His teachings emphasize achieving serenity and inner peace through the application of Buddhist philosophy.
