Using the genre of landscape participants will explore the wonderful ways of painting with this versatile and forgiving medium. From washes to impasto Jennie will demonstrate different methods and theories on paper for participants to follow. Students will explore and experiment during this one day intensive workshop. Suitable for beginners and intermediates and even those just wanting to play with the paint. Material requirements: 1 full sheet 300gsm Watercolour Paper. Artist quality paints: Matisse or Atelier are great brands. Bring what you have or wish list (that will be emailed on booking). Brushes: Hake, Fan (bristle), Round with a tip and long flats various sizes. Bring what you have as Jennie is happy to share hers. Water container, Tape, pencils, sketch book, apron, paper towel, small absorbent washer or the likes. Morning Tea provided – please bring your lunch.
