Held in January, the Peninsula Film Festival is one of Victoria's iconic annual film festivals. The Festival launch on Friday will feature an Independent Aussie Feature Film, followed by a 'questions and answer' at Rosebud Cinema. On Saturday, the outdoor, short film festival is held at the Village Green in Rosebud. Up to 20 short films will be screened and awarded monetary prizes by a panel of celebrity judges. Food trucks, local wine and beer and market stalls can be enjoyed by attendees. The ​Peninsula Film Festival advises films are unclassified and are suited to people 15 years and over. On Sunday, a filmmaking workshop will be held at Peninsula Cinemas for those who want to learn more about making their own short film.
