The Genie Trio performing at RJMs Wine Bar

Starts: Sunday, 28 April 2024
Ends: Sunday, 28 April 2024
Fusing a mix of classic jazz and bossa nova with contemporary and modern pop music, The Genie Trio is a new group bringing music to those who love the mellow tones of jazz and soul. Based in Ballarat, Will, Xav and Eugenie met at school and became friends years before forming their trio at the beginning of 2024, playing tunes of Ella Fitzgerald, Laufey, Norah Jones and more on piano, vocals, guitar, and drum kit. Having been involved in their school’s jazz band, they’ve brought their skills together to share with like-minded jazz-pop lovers.
