The Kitchen and award winning Mordrelle Wines are coming together for an exclusive Masterclass event. More than a simple food and wine pairing, this event is an immersive and multi-sensory experience.
Featuring digital art projections that illuminate The Kitchen’s vaulted ceiling, each course will reveal new visuals, sounds and flavour combinations.
Beginning with a guided wine tasting and paired canapes, the event is not only immersive but intimate. Guests will experience Mordrelle Wines directly through the man who knows them best. A sentimental wine brand at its core, each bottle features artwork from Martin’s late father. Martin's winemaking journey began with a sparkling wine crafted for his wedding to his wife, Michelle.
Guests will indulge in a sumptuous three-course meal, each dish expertly paired with a Mordrelle Wine, as Martin and Chef Kel divulge the secrets behind each pairing. Each course acts a muse for the heritage space, with art, lighting and music shifting to amplify the dishes that have been created specifically to pair with Mordrelle Wines.
Towards the end of the night, guests will have the unique pleasure of a Q&A session with Martin, answering question from pairing advice to the wine creating process.
