Taste of The Barossa

Taste of The Barossa

Starts: Saturday, 08 June 2024
Ends: Saturday, 08 June 2024
What happens when a dream duo of chefs comes together for a one-night-only long-table dinner, celebrating 170 years of Barossa heritage at one of Australia’s finest exclusive retreats? You get a fresh and fiery taste of the very best of Barossa. NeverEnding has collaborated with top chefs Jake Kellie and Joel Cugley to create this one-of-a-kind, never-to-be-forgotten dining experience in the majesty of Kingsford’s stone-clad Wine Tunnel. Think flavourful, cooked meals paired with the magnificent and often surprising Yalumba wines. As a guest, you’ll have the pleasure of watching Jake Kellie - co-owner and executive chef of arkhé, Adelaide’s first open-flame restaurant - demonstrate his mastery in preparing your canapes. And you get to savour every bite paired with Yalumba Chardonnay as you soak up Kingsford’s decadence in the Peppertree Bar. From the bar you’ll be beckoned into the Wine Tunnel, or what we like to call ‘Your magical escape’. Here, Kingsford’s executive chef Joel Cugley will join Jake to bring beautifully curated flavours from Kingsford’s rich 167-year history to your impressive 21-metre-long table. And nothing expresses the very essence of NeverEnding quite like the immersive experience you’ll find at the table. What’s more, you’ll be invited to venture a little deeper into Kingsford’s vaulted wine chambers with Yalumba’s winemakers as your guides to the expensive collection.
