Of course, enjoy a delicious array of local cheese producers to balance the heat. Get behind the competitors vying for the crown in their five chilli and cheese eating competitions on centre stage. Live music by the fantastic Sean Mullen on guitar, and a special appearance by Sandra Beynon, vocalist. Car and motorbike displays. Tasmania's hottest ticket is hosted by The Ross Hotel.
