The IML IVV Cup is open to anyone who can walk 10km or 20km on two consecutive days. On Saturday, the goal is to walk the first half of the iconic Bondi to Manly Walk starting from Bondi. (There are 20km or 10km options). On the Sunday, 20km walkers will start where they finished on Saturday and complete another 20kms. 10km walkers will return to Bondi and head south for 10kms.
