Tapas inspired menu includes bacon wrapped dates, Spanish tomato bread, stuffed mushrooms, Spanish meatballs, potato croquettes, and burnt Basque cheesecake. The session includes a three hour cooking demonstration, tea or coffee on arrival, tasting of all the delicious creations and a recipe booklet to take home.
