Tour de Cure’s Signature Tour is an unforgettable, annual cycling challenge that takes riders through Australia's most breathtaking locations. In 2025, over eight days, riders and support crew will travel more than 1,000 kilometers in Far North Queensland, passing through tropical rainforests, coastal roads, and alongside the Great Barrier Reef. From the start at Airlie Beach to the finish in Port Douglas, the journey weaves through picturesque locations including overnight stops at Bowen, Townsville, Magnetic Island, Ingham, Mission Beach, Cairns and Atherton. Each day participants are rewarded with challenging hills, stunning ocean views, roads off the beaten path, meeting communities in local towns. Tour de Cure is a not-for-profit, organisation raising vital funds for cancer research, cancer support and cancer prevention projects. With their annual, iconic Signature Tour, they raise approximately $2 million. Tour de Cure is cancer agnostic and through their annual grants, funds Australia's most brilliant cancer researchers undertaking the most promising projects. They also donate $10,000 grants daily to local cancer support projects on Tour. Signature Tour is both a physical challenge and a chance to contribute to an important cause: curing cancer and changing lives of the many people impacted by cancer.
