Come on you Oyster Lovers, celebrate all that is wonderful about Oysters. The oldest family-run Oyster Farm in Tasmania is opening the farm gate for a very special Shellebration. Normally closed on weekends this exclusive event will have you slurping down award-winning Gold oysters whilst enjoying live music. You can partake in shucking your own oyster and learn more about the oyster farming process. Hosted by the melrose family who are shellebrating 40 years of nurturing Pacific Oysters at Dolphin Sands Tasmania. Your ticket includes lunch, music, shucking and bus transfers from Swansea.
