Luke had a long-spanning friendship with the Bald Archy Prize founder Peter Batey and looks forward to addressing visitors and members of the Edward River community at this special event! The Bald Archy Prize has become Australia’s most popular satirical portrait award. It encapsulates the irreverent, larrikin Australian spirit in a way that appeals to people from all walks of life and is now internationally known.
