During your visit, the knowledgeable staff will take you on a journey through the vineyard, explaining the cultivation and harvesting techniques, crucial in producing exceptional wines. Dependant on the day you visit, you may be picking grapes, help with the plunging of red grape skins in the open ferment vats, or witness the viticulture team’s labour of love as they take on a grape crush! Throughout this 2-hour guided experience, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, engage with our passionate team, and deepen your understanding and appreciation of the winemaking process.
