Ends: Sunday, 19 May 2024
Prepare to indulge at the Pyrmont Festival, celebrating its 12th year with a spectacular showcase of NSW's culinary heritage. Set against the beautiful backdrop of Sydney Harbour at Pirrama Park, the festival promises an array of exquisite wines, beers, and gins, delectable food, and vibrant entertainment over two family-friendly days. Alex Gibbs, Festival Director, highlights that this year's festival will feature local and regional producers from Orange, Mudgee, and the Hunter Valley, including a unique Aburi and Oyster Bar. Over 20 wineries, breweries, and distilleries will participate, offering a sensory feast alongside gourmet food trucks presenting a variety of cuisines. Attendees can enjoy drinks from renowned local producers such as Elbourne Wines, Tulloch Wines, and McKellar Ridge Wines, alongside craft offerings from White Bay Beer Co. and spirited creations from The Unexpected Guest Distillery. Culinary delights will be abundant, like Asian street food at The Star’s Fat Noodle stand, German delicacies from Knuckles 2 You, and African flavours from the Pharaoh BBQ food truck. The festival will also host art exhibitions, classes, and family activities, including face painting and outdoor games.
