Join Sarah Swingler in pregnancy yoga classes at MRAG, by the side of Ron Mueck’s renowned sculpture, Pregnant Woman. Sarah is a Registered Midwife, bodyworker and yoga teacher with a specialisation in pregnancy and postpartum. She teaches a pregnancy specific yoga class designed to safeguard pelvic alignment, keeping mother and baby safe and preparing the body for birth. Yoga is the perfect complement to the reverential time of pregnancy – connecting body to mind and mother to baby. Classes involve a series of physical postures, breathwork and meditation practices, all designed to regulate the nervous system and prepare the whole self for birth. The cost to attend the class is by donation. Registration essential.
