Join Ashton Hills Winemaker, Liam Van Pelt for a private tasting experience and get his unique perspective on growing and making pinot noir in the Piccadilly Valley from one of Australia’s most distinguished sites. The Pinot in Private experience includes a tasting of all current release Ashton Hills wines including the Reserve Pinot Noir and a back vintage wine from the Ashton Hills cellar. Experience a barrel tasting of selected pinot noir clones and finish the day with a platter to share. This experience is suitable for groups of two to eight people. Available Tuesday to Thursday, by appointment only.
