Relax on the deck overlooking the gourmet festivities, live music and the beautiful view of Polish Hill River. Head Chef, Erky, has created a delicious set menu of native-inspired dishes. Why not include a wine pairing? Among the dishes are miso cured salmon with katsuobushi, sea vegetable and pickled plums; as well as oak smoked pork belly with beetroots, muntries and fermented plum jus. Finish with a dark chocolate marquise, whipped pistachio, eucalypt caramel and blackberries. Available on both Saturday and Sunday. Bookings recommended.
