Dolly is proud to host Paris After Dark, a journey back in time to the glamorous dining scene of 1920s Paris. Situated at the Paris end of Bourke Street, Le Méridien Melbourne’s signature subterranean diner is offering an old-world, high-society dinner experience that captures the charm and elegance of the ‘City of Light’ during its golden age. Held every Friday and Saturday night throughout August, Paris After Dark will see Dolly transformed into a lavish Parisian bistro from a bygone era, with a five-course menu by Bordeaux-born Executive Chef, Herve Borghini. There will also be a lavish opening night event on Thursday, 1 August. What to expect: A warm welcome from waiters in classic 1920s black and white attire A five-course menu featuring classic French dishes with a touch of luxury Parisian classics such as the refined Sole Meuniére and standout Crémeux de Brie and Truffle cheese dish A journey through the vibrant flavours and rich traditions of 1920s Paris A five-course wine pairing with your meal or free-flowing champagne
