An extension of the exclusive Back Vintage Wine Sale held annually in December, this will be the third Back Vintage Dinner at Paringa Estate. Join in for a unique experience to taste and celebrate past Paringa vintages with winemaker Lindsay McCall. Head Chef Nick McGonigal will design a stunning three course menu, paired with some of Lindsay’s favourite back vintage wines. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase back vintage wines at the event.
