The National Cutting Horse Association Futurity is a highlight on the equine calendar drawing in excess of 15,000 spectators and 700 competitors from across Australia the USA, New Zealand and New Caledonia vying for a share of the AUD900,000 in money and prizes on offer at the Australian Equine Livestock Event Centre in Tamworth NSW. Fifteen days of competition and culminating with the Open Futurity Final, showcasing the best horses and riders in the sport of Cutting. As the biggest and richest performance horse event in the southern hemisphere, it features an action-packed cutting program, extensive country/western trade display and Select Cutting Horse sale.
