Saturday 28 May is National Burger Day and for one day only – Elements’ is serving up their most epic burger yet. The $49 ‘Big Smoke’ Burger features a huge Hickory-smoked beef rib wrapped in bacon, smoked pork porchetta, smoked brisket croquettes, hickory smoked wagyu beef patties, slaw, and double cheddar cheese (smoked), a bourbon barbeque sauce and garnished with giant onion rings. Reservations are highly recommended.
