Join the celebrations during the first week of the July School Holidays to honour First Nations culture under the theme “Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud & Proud.” This theme highlights the enduring strength and vitality of First Nations culture, symbolised by fire's deep connection to Country, community, and traditions. Event Highlights: Welcome to Country: An official ceremony by local elder Aunty Joycelan Dreamtime Story and Craft Program Community Mural: Contribute to a community artwork representing traditional Aboriginal art. The event is free, but registration for the Dreamtime Storytelling Workshops is recommended due to limited space.
