The Little Ship Club is proud to bring back the Mullet Festival. A Free family-focused celebration of the annual mullet season on the waters surrounding Minjerribah. Ocean Mullet is a far cry from the muddy fish in the creeks often associated with Mullet. Try Fresh local sustainable Mullet on a burger, beer-battered or smoked on an open fire as the Quandamooka people did for thousands of years. Live Tunes from midday featuring Ingonicto.There will be a best-dressed competition with extra points for featuring the great Australian mullet At 2 pm the mullet throwing competition will begin playing for prizes and glory. Children's activities will be available all-day.
