Meditate and make in a gentle supported environment this Winter. Maryanne Gray will start the session with gentle stretches, moving into a guided seating, or lying meditation. Then participants will have a nourishing morning tea and move into a creative session with Elaine Camlin. This workshop is suitable for 16 plus. Sign up for one or the entire series! Each month you will have a different guided meditation and will explore a new art process or activity. This is a small group setting (maximum 8 people).
