Join the crew at Springs Road Wines in Cygnet River on the long weekend of Saturday, the 8th and Sunday, the 9th June and enjoy a rustic two-course lunch served with a glass of Springs Road Shiraz.
Chef Dustin Rogers (d’Arry’s Verandah, The Adelaide Club, SC Pannell, Pied à Terre London and more) will be on the pans serving up a Boeuf Bourguignon with home-made sourdough from d’Estrees bakery. Dessert will be tarte tatin made using homegrown KI apples from Annabel’s garden.
Jane, Emma, Louise and the Bosworth girls will be working the tables. A couple of old barrels will be ritually burned, like last year. The Springs Road and a fair selection of the Battle of Bosworth crew will be on hand for lawn games after lunch and for chats around the old campfire.
