Enjoy an afternoon at Rathmines listening to the Lake Macquarie Winds Concert Band celebrate the spirit of William Dobell. Lake Macquarie Winds is an active community Concert Band comprising 27 amateur musicians under the baton of Dr Mark Pinner. The range of instruments includes flutes, clarinets, saxophones, trumpets, trombones, French horns, euphoniums, tubas and percussion. The band plays a variety of music from the classics, musicals, jazz and popular music such as Coldplay and Queen. Lake Macquarie Winds concert band love what they do and look forward to seeing you for an afternoon celebrating our passion and creativity in the spirit of William Dobell. This event is part of the Lake Macquarie Dobell Festival.
