The opening lunch event of the Clare Valley Gourmet Festival. South Australian Chef of the Year Nicola Palmer will design a six course, individually plated degustation dinner to match Koerner and Gullyview branded Clare Valley wines. Damon and Jono Koerner will talk guests through two 2023 individual vineyard Watervale Rieslings and the Gullyview Vermentino before moving to the lighter Koerner reds alongside Gullyview Grenache; and finally stepping up to the Gullyview Cabernet Sauvignon and Koerner 'Classico'. To be held in the Watervale Hotel Hell Hole airconditioned private dining space. The event will start on the Hell Hole Terrace with fire pit burning, so warm clothing is recommended. Limited to 20 guests. The wines will be available to buy on the day.
