HoneyLand - Festival of Bees, Honey and Beekeeping

Starts: Saturday, 19 July 2025
Ends: Saturday, 19 July 2025
Visit a working apiary for a two-day annual festival of honey, bees, and the people who nurture these remarkable pollinators. It's a great opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at the processes and people that create this unique natural product. Bowral Honey Farm is one of Australia's largest teaching apiaries (honey farm), hosts regular workshops and creates much-loved local honey. On the day you can sit in on a talk about beekeeping run by head beekeeper and founder, Hamish Ta-mé, as well as a guided honey tasting, mead-making workshops, Flow Hive demonstrations, a smoker lighting competition and more.
