Bowral Honey Farm is one of Australia's largest teaching apiaries (honey farm), hosts regular workshops and creates much-loved local honey. On the day you can sit in on a talk about beekeeping run by head beekeeper and founder, Hamish Ta-mé, as well as a guided honey tasting, mead-making workshops, Flow Hive demonstrations, a smoker lighting competition and more.
