Visit the Pastoral Museum's weekend of History in Action presenting row-crop tractors plus demonstrations with hay making gear from the past. Alongside the lineup of tricycle wheeled tractors will be a variety of press’s, loose hay loader, sweep, and other innovations working with hay, showing how it was done in the “old days”. Take a guided walk in the museums streetscape of period buildings and appreciate all manner of bygones in the extensive collection. Observe past farming practices and lost trades and join in the fun with the miniature railway, vintage cars and woodturners. Both days will have a 2pm grand parade and all-day food from the museum's kitchen.
