H.M.S. Pinafore Cover Image

H.M.S. Pinafore

Starts: Friday, 16 August 2024
Ends: Saturday, 17 August 2024
It is time for a new Gilbert & Sullivan adventure on the high seas with Emma Knights Productions! After 11 years of Pirates of Penzance (and never fear, my merry band of Pirates are not going anywhere!), we have decided to branch out and become rulers of the Queen's Navee! H.M.S. Pinafore; or, The Lass That Loved a Sailor is a comic opera in two acts, with music by Arthur Sullivan and a libretto by W. S. Gilbert. Directed by Andy Turner, a small and wonderful cast of Adelaide performers will be bringing Pinafore to live, maximising all the silliness in our usual way! Join this immersive experience, up close at the South Australian Maritime Museum in Port Adelaide! 1.5 hour running time with a 10 minute interval!

COMMON TIMES

New to Common Times? Here's our Quick Start Guide to help you.

Common Times acknowledges the traditional owners, first storytellers and custodians of the land we live on. We pay our respects to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their ongoing connection to land, sea, and community. Their sovereignty was never ceded.
