Gunnedah’s annual Weeks of Speed Festival takes place in March, showcasing a program of heart-thumping speed-related activities and motorsports. Festival highlights include the speedway racing titles, vintage car and hot rod displays, motorbike racing, 1/2 mile sprints, 1/8 mile drag racing, Billy Boiling Competition, Fishing and Shooting Competitions, Clash of the Sirens and Whip cracking Championships. The program also offers a range of live entertainment and local venues to kick on the festivities after each day of action. A festival for the rev-heads that’s not to be missed.
