These voyages are crew training days - but we take a small number of guests. This is a great introduction to tall ship sailing as you will have the opportunity to work alongside the crew as they practise and learn their skills. These full day voyages sail from the Hobart marina to the lower reaches of the Derwent River. While exactly where we will sail will depend on the winds of the day. Highlights and some of the things you could do include: Steer the ship Help with handling the sails Climb the masts - or out onto the bowsprit Introduction to sailing navigation Meet and talk to the volunteers who run the Lady Nelson Light lunch will be provided
