Founded on Family: MAW Pinot Noir Release Dinner

Starts: Friday, 02 August 2024
Ends: Friday, 02 August 2024
Winter nights are best shared with loved ones, good food and great wine. Celebrate all three this Fire Festival with Swinging Bridge’s M.A.W Pinot Noir Release Dinner at Hill Park. Enjoy a winter-inspired three-course menu, featuring local succulent meats prepared over an open fire. Wines will highlight the elegance of altitude in Orange winemaking and the complexity of the region’s cool climate wines. Whist dinner roars over the coals, winemaker and viticulturist, Tom Ward, will share stories of Swinging Bridge’s heritage and welcome in a new vintage of the vineyard's beloved M.A.W Pinot Noir.
