Head to the Adelaide Central Market for their free cooking demonstration program for Tasting Australia! Over three days, the Market will welcome some of South Australia's best food talent to the Community Kitchen for ‘Flavours of the Market’.
Local food identities and MasterChef Alum Mandy Hall and Larissa Sewell will be hosting the sessions, which will include chefs and producers Chung Jae Lee, Tom Tilbury, Krish Dutt, Gabriele Pezzimenti, Rose Adam and Valerie Henbest. We’re also teaming up with OzHarvest’s chef Genevieve Harris to share some tips on zero waste cooking.
And the littlest foodies haven’t been forgotten, with the Saturday program featuring two kid friendly cooking demonstrations by the crew from Sprout.
Sessions are free and bookings are not required, but get in early - seating is limited.
