Farm to Table Cooking Experience

Farm to Table Cooking Experience

Starts: Sunday, 12 January 2025
Ends: Sunday, 23 March 2025
The Farm to Table cooking class is an immersive hands-on fun cooking experience featuring the very best in-season produce. It’s a day spent wandering the garden, harvesting the produce, learning, cooking and the best bit eating and drinking. What's involved? The day starts with a visit to the garden to see what's growing and ready to be harvested. With baskets in hand, you pick what is needed for the day. The garden tour will give you plenty of opportunities to ask all your questions about growing your own produce. You then move to the custom-built kitchen studio. The team will work with you through the planned menu for the day which will always include three courses, bread and sides. The team will share out the various dishes to be cooked amongst the group. The experiences are kept intimate and limited to a maximum of six people, so that everyone has the opportunity to become fully immersed in every dish and gain as much knowledge as possible and have a great day. After cooking is finished, everyone sits down to enjoy the efforts of your work along with some wonderful Bellarine Peninsula wines. Guaranteed to learn a little and eat and laugh a lot. Check out the website for dates or contact to book a private group class (minimum four people).
