The world's richest greyhound racing festival is back again in 2024, held across four huge nights at Melbourne's two metropolitan race tracks. The festival kicks off at The Meadows on Saturday 9 November with the group 1 Topgun. Then, Sandown Park hosts heats of the Melbourne Cup on Saturday 23 November, followed by the $1 million Melbourne Cup final on Saturday 30 September. Finally, the world's richest greyhound race, The Phoenix, wraps up the festival at The Meadows on Saturday 21 December. Dining packages are available, alternatively, general admission entry is free with food trucks, entertainment and prizes to be won. Find out more via the website.
