In this workshop you will explore the beauty of creating drawings in multiple mediums with expressive markmaking. Jennie loves to experiment with styles, genre and mediums and is always expanding her knowledge which she keenly shares with her students. She is passionate about mixed media and traveling with her sketch book. Participants will follow a series of step by step, contemporary charcoal warmup exercises followed by a more sustained drawing exercise using multiple mediums including inks and charcoal. All materials supplied. Bring your apron and any materials you have. Notes on basic concepts of mass, tone and techniques will be yours to take home. Morning tea provided.
