For those who enjoy gin-drinking more than gin-making, our Cocktail Masterclass is designed as an introduction to the delicious possibilities of our signature gin range. Kick off with the perfect G&T and watch one of their gin masters at work as they mix up a famous Four Pillars cocktail. After that, you’ll have the chance to muddle, shake and stir alongside them to create two more delectable cocktails. Minimum number 10 guests, maximum 26. They require a $750 deposit to confirm this booking. For Monday – Friday booking options. Weekend ticketed experiences can be booked via the website. After the tasting, grab yourself a bottle of any of the Four Pillars gins, with $25 of the ticket price redeemable on purchase.
