The Cross Cultural Carnival is proudly sponsored by Dubbo Regional Council. The 2023 Cross Cultural Carnival is organised by ORISCON and is set to be a great event for all members of the family. This free event will feature a variety of delicious foods available to purchase in addition to various cultural interactions with patrons encouraged to bring their own mats and chairs and enjoy the various cultural programs in the open air. The festival aims to promote cross-cultural understanding by celebrating various cultures and integration among all communities and strengthening the social, cultural, and economic fabric of Dubbo as a leader.
