CQUniversity Village Festival is the Capricorn Coast's premier arts, music and community culture event. It combines local talent, well-recognised national artists and a variety of arts genres. Situated on the Yeppoon foreshore with the beautiful Keppel Bay as the backdrop, it showcases the best of the region's talent in all arts genres. Kick off the Festival and channel your inner flapper or roaring 1920’s gentleman for the CQUniversity Village Festival opening night’s Speakeasy Prohibition Party on the 5th August. You’ll be back in the roaring 1920s, music playing, flappers dancing around and around, bubbly flowing… Life is good! Enjoy a relaxed afternoon on Saturday the 6th August listening to local artists for our Park Sessions in Emu Park. Get a bite to eat from the food vans, bring your picnic blankets, grab a drink from the licenced bar and soak up the sun.
