Christmas in July

Starts: Tuesday, 02 July 2024
Ends: Sunday, 21 July 2024
The Off Season is the best time to get out and explore our West Coast heritage and wilderness. This year, our winter experiences are included in your normal journey ticket and we’re bringing Christmas in July back to Queenstown! Hop onboard the Lynchford Express for a 20-minute heritage steam trip through Queenstown, before disembarking at Lynchford Station. At the station, take in your surrounds, soak up the Christmas-themed station decorations, pan for gold like the old timers and enjoy a festive nibble or mulled wine in Con’s Cribroom before returning to Queenstown onboard. Our special school holiday experiences are open to everyone onboard our existing journeys, so to experience Christmas in July onboard, book your Lynchford Express ticket today!

New to Common Times? Here's our Quick Start Guide to help you.

Common Times acknowledges the traditional owners, first storytellers and custodians of the land we live on. We pay our respects to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their ongoing connection to land, sea, and community. Their sovereignty was never ceded.
