The Capital to Coast is a 100 kilometre multistage trail running race, taking runners from Canberra to the south coast of NSW. Hosted by runners for runners, entrants can enter as a solo runner or in teams of two, three or four. Comprising of nine stages from Friday through to Sunday, the course takes in a mix of trail, fire roads and single track. Stages range from 8-15 kilometres and include a variety of technical and hilly stages - there really is something for everyone! A fantastic community event that ensures participants get to experience regional NSW from Braidwood and Bungendore to Batemans Bay and Mills Beach.
