This is a Fundraiser camp oven dinner to raise money for MND (Motor Neuron Disease) Victoria. MND Victoria provides direct care to people impacted by this devastating disease, and they rely on the community’s support to ensure they can continue providing life-changing services, at no cost to people living with MND (and their families). Organised by Richard Garlick from SunAssist Mildura, held at the Garden of Hope Mildura. It will comprise a delightful camp-oven dinner cooked on coals in the firepit. three-course meal. Including pumpkin soup, three casseroles with roasted potatoes, and apple crumble dessert. Enjoy hot damper. Also toasted marshmallows - cook your own. An evening of good food and good company will keep you warm if it gets a bit chilly. The meal will be served inside by a cosy warm wood heater. There are lots of beautiful fairy lights all around as well. Enjoy the lovely venue set on 16 acres of land by the edge of Lake Hawthorn, just out of Mildura. Garden of Hope is for all ages and people groups with a playground, games and activities for all, an 18 hole mini-golf course, a kiosk, and souvenirs. There are also beautiful gardens filled with creative artwork and inspirational quotes with Hope as the theme.
